We need to put money into know-how, no more 19th Century method – Kennedy Osei Nyarko on highway safeguard

Chairman of the Roads and Transport Committee of Parliament, Kennedy Osei Nyarko says the govt must invest in know-how if it is in truth attracted to tackling road accidents.
