NICOSIA, Cyprus (AP) — Russia's foreign minister referred to Tuesday that Moscow is ready to help ease rising tensions over Turkey's search for energy reserves in the jap Mediterranean, and rejected any moves that may lead to additional escalation.
Sergey Lavrov pointed out Moscow might aid start talks if asked via the entire nations concerned in the stressful standoff.
