French president to head to Lithuania and Latvia amid Russia tensions

PARIS (Reuters) - French President Emmanuel Macron will discuss with Lithuania and Latvia this month and notice French NATO troops in the place, Macron's department noted on Wednesday, amid tensions between the eu Union and Russia and Belarus.
