Oleg Matytsin, President of the foreign tuition activities Federation (FISU), become in attendance at an awards ceremony to celebrate the wintry weather Spartakiad of students of Russia and the All-Russian wintry weather Universiade.

The last competitions of the Russian Universiade were held in Krasnoyarsk, Chelyabinsk and Novosibirsk and have been attended through round 800 athletes and coaches from 78 universities and 42 constituent entities.
