MOSCOW, June 25. /TASS/. Russia’s constitutional amendments will expand the position of parliament in growing the govt, hence bolstering the separation of powers principle, Deputy safety Council Chairman Dmitry Medvedev pointed out on Thursday.

"If these amendments are passed, the parliament, in certain, the State Duma (reduce condominium), can have a much more gigantic role in forming the government," Medvedev talked about, noting that "this issues both the govt and the presidential bloc."
