WASHINGTON, June 12. /TASS/. Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov has addressed his compatriots in a different message timed to Russia Day celebrated on June 12.
"pricey compatriots, i would like to congratulate with Russia Day from the backside of my heart. This date unites everybody who treasures Russia, who speaks Russian as their native language, who carries Russian lifestyle and background with them," the ambassador spoke of in a video message published on Thursday on the respectable Youtube channel of the Russian diplomatic mission.
"We commend the involvement of the Russian community in the us in the lifetime of our country. <…> i want to want first rate fitness, prosperity and success in all endeavors to all our compatriots. i'm hoping you and your relatives and spouse and children in Russia are neatly, and that i desire you more alternatives to talk over with each and every different. You characterize our country in the united states, and during this sense, you are diplomats as smartly. We count number in your support within the development of Russian-American relations and within the battle in opposition t Russophobia. i am sure that we are going to upward thrust to this task collectively," Antonov referred to.
Russia Day is a national holiday in the Russian Federation celebrated on June 12, the day the statement of state sovereignty of RSFSR (the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic) turned into signed.
