Turkish president and his Russian counterpart will meet Monday for the outlet ceremony of the Turkey-Russia pass-cultural year, the Russian ambassador to Ankara informed Anadolu agency.
This can be the third assembly of Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Vladimir Putin in Moscow because the starting of 2019.
