The exemption become issued in keeping with the contract signed in Kazan in the presence of HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of overseas Affairs and foreign Cooperation, and Denis Manturov, Minister of alternate and business of the Russian Federation, in July, 2018, in keeping with which all passports of visa necessities for citizens of the United Arab Emirates and residents of the Russian.
The settlement became then signed through Maadhad Hareb Mughair Al Khaili, UAE Ambassador to the Russian Federation, and Alexander Efimov, Russian Ambassador stunning and Plenipotentiary to the UAE.
