BERLIN (AP) - A U.N. maritime tribunal dominated Saturday that Russia should automatically free up three Ukrainian naval vessels it captured in November and free the 24 sailors it detained.
The foreign Tribunal for the legislation of the ocean issued its order at its Hamburg headquarters following a hearing past this month. Russia stayed away from each the listening to and Saturday's session.
Ukraine's new president, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, talked about that Russia may send a signal of "actual readiness to cease the conflict with Ukraine" by way of complying with the order.
